- Connect the AC power cord to the back of the monitor and attach the retaining clip to prevent inadvertent detachment. To do this:
- Plug supplied AC power cord fully into the receptacle on the rear of the monitor
- With the monitor face-down, using a #1 Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws flanking the AC power input receptacle
- Position the clip with its triangular flat side towards the bottom of the Monitor.
- Slip the “U” opening of the clip over the power cord, behind the rear edge of the connector.
- Replace the two previously removed screws, through the holes in the clip, into their original locations.
- Tighten snugly without excessive force
